I hope you are you excited to create your Hairport Customized Wig. Before we jump into the fun part please read and agree to the rules and terms below to better understand the process of creating your Fifibourbon Customized Wig.
What is a Hairport Customized Unit?
A Hairport Customized Unit is a machine made wig constructed with bundles in the back (for a full natural look minimum 3 bundles required ) and a closure or frontal piece in the crown area. Customized Wigs has a life span of 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance..
Do I need to take measurements?
No. hairport has designed breathable adjustable caps that fit most head sizes. The cap size are available in Small, Medium, and Large. The caps include adjustable band + combs for extra security.
Can the customized units be worn Glue-less?
Yes. The construction of Hairport units are able to be worn with glue or glue-less.

Turnaround Time
The turn around time to receive your unit is 14 business days.
Business days are Tuesday-Friday. (excludes Monday, weekends and holidays)
Can I supply my own hair?
Unfortunately no, Hairport no longer create customized units with hair outside of her brand.
Is Express Service available?
Yes. Express service is only available for orders that doesn’t have any custom color. Hairport doesn’t want to Rush anyone’s order so please put in your order in a timely manner to receive your unit on time.
Return Policy
Please understand you are creating a customized unit. Due to the wig was customized for you, there are absolutely no refunds /exchange for customized wigs. ALL orders cancelled after 24 HOURS there is an 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER. Once you receive your unit and your unsatisfied we will do our best to accommodate you and fix the issue. But please understand that there are no refunds/exchanges for customized order
